Powerbook / PowerMac G4 - memory question
One of my users here has a G4 1.33Ghz 15" machine, and he has damaged one of the memory slots. Rather than pay for a new board, we are looking at the best solution with the working slot.
As I understand it, the max memory for the G4 of this spec is 2Gb. Can the whole 2Gb be put into one slot, or does it have the be 1Gb max in each slot ?
Whats is the best I can give him with one working slot, as if that slot can take 2Gb then I will order one in.
