With our Quick Return Plan, we advance replace any modules that are causing problems with your system free of charge. We believe a return service should be fast and reliable so that our customers are never left empty handed. Advance replacements qualify for only the same part as you originally ordered. If we mistakenly ship the incorrect part, we can advance replace the correct part.
Advance replacements are shipped with a new part(s) including a pre-paid label to ship back the defective/incorrect parts. We will provide a UPS Ground return label for all US 48 States orders, a USPS label for Alaska and Hawaii orders, and a UPS Worldwide expedited return label for international orders.
If you do not return the parts within 14 days, you must pay for the parts. No return for credit against an advanced replacement will be accepted after 30 days of the invoice.
